Antibody to Rituximab ELISA
Enzyme immunoassay for the quantitative and qualitative determination of free antibodies to Rituximab (Rituxan®, Mabthera®) in serum and plasma.
The solid phase (MTP) is coated by the drug Rituximab. Due to the assay design this test only measures the free antibodies which are not bound to Rituximab. Results are expressed in AU (arbitrary units).
