Antibody to Tocilizumab ELISA
Enzyme immunoassay for the quantitative and qualitative determination of free antibodies to Tocilizumab (Actemra®) in serum and plasma.
The solid phase (MTP) is coated by the drug Tocilizumab. Due to the assay design this test only measures the free antibodies which are not bound to Tocilizumab. Results are expressed in AU (arbitrary units).
